How long does my order take to ship?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 buisiness days! Larger pieces require custom boxes and will take closer to 5 days. Small items that are ready to go will likely be processed and shipped within 3 days or less.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! As long as customs allows packages containing glass and lead.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are discouraged due to the fragility of glass. I pack everything in a specific way to ensure it arrives safely in the mail. If your new artwork arrives damaged in any way please contact Pico as soon as possible and include photos and we will go from there, parcels are insured and we will work on getting you a replacement!
